Mario Villalta
Mario is the head chef at Poke Sushi Dumpling. At first he was unsure about working with sushi but after his friend introduced him to it he went down the path of becoming a sushi chef. Prior to joining Flavorsim he spent 16 years as a sushi chef at Whole Foods. He now enjoys the atmosphere that the Poke Sushi Dumpling kitchen provides.
